I have never ordered a floral arrangement from Browns Floral and I was sadly disappointed. I got on their website at work to pick out a bouquet for my friend. I found the arrangement that I liked and called it in. That afternoon I picked it up and it looked NOTHING like the picture on their website. The girl at the counter said she followed the protocol and I asked her if she actually thought it looked like the photo. She explained in the photo they pushed all the blooms to the front, which is very misleading. I ended up overpaying, in my opinion, for something that I was never truly satisfied with. My suggestion? Don't go by the photo online. Go into the floral shop and pick one out.
